Articles, guides and examples are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Platform rules (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Google) change often, so check current rules before acting on them.

Services and prices

Prices on this site are in US dollars and can change without notice. Every project starts with a written proposal or invoice that sets the scope, price and payment terms; that document governs the work. Third-party costs such as ad spend, hosting, software subscriptions and channel manager fees are paid by you directly unless the proposal says otherwise.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, AI search visibility, ad performance and bookings depend on platforms and markets I don’t control. I commit to the work described in your proposal, not to a specific ranking, traffic number or booking count.

Your content and mine

You keep ownership of the photos, text and brand assets you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. The design, text and code of this website belong to Findable.Travel and may not be copied without permission.

This site links to third-party websites and tools. I’m not responsible for their content or policies.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Findable.Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
